I am an insightful mental health professional with a unique blend of lived experience, educational expertise, and clinical training. I am a therapist and a Christian. I believe in therapy and theology. I do not impose my beliefs on others; however, I will integrate Christian practices in sessions for those who are interested in that approach. I merge therapeutic skills with heart-centered connection, especially in emotionally heavy areas like trauma, depression, and grief.
